My first experience with photography was using my Kodak 110 camera at Girl Scout camp at age six.  It wasn’t until college that I realized that I really enjoyed photography – over painting, drawing, clay, silk screen, and so on.  I’m attracted to capturing “the moment” and when I do… joy washes over me and the hair on my arms rise up! 

I especially enjoy photographing graduating seniors.  They are at their best – like a fruit that has ripened.  Most are certain of their plans and eager to share.  Other’s not so much but that’s okay too. 

I enjoy photography because it is a great vehicle through life and I meet so many wonderful people along the way.
